As a Marketing Intern at Aspen Orthodontics, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing various tasks to enhance our brand presence, outreach efforts, and relationships with our referring practices. You will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager to ensure the best use of time and learning experience while you are with our team. The following responsibilities/ tasks below give an overview of what should be expected:
1. Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts on various platforms, engaging with followers, and developing content calendars to promote the practice’s services.
2. Content Creation: Generating blog posts, articles, and other materials to educate patients about orthodontic treatments, procedures, and general oral health.
3. Assisting with Marketing Campaigns: Participating in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and events to attract new patients.
4. Market Research: Conducting research on competitors, target demographics, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and preparing reports to track progress.
6. Graphic Design: Creating visually appealing materials like flyers, posters, and digital graphics to support promotional activities and enhance the practice’s branding.
7. Patient Communication: Assisting in developing communication strategies to engage with current patients through newsletters, surveys, and follow-up messages.
8. Event Coordination: Helping to plan and coordinate events such as open houses, patient appreciation days, or community outreach programs to increase awareness and attract new patients.
9. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support: Assisting in optimizing the practice’s website content for search engines to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.
10. Collaboration with External Partners: Working with external agencies, vendors, or partners on projects such as advertising campaigns, printing materials, or promotional events to enhance the practice’s marketing efforts.
