Recruit CALES Students

Post an Opportunity – We utilize Handshake to post and share all job and internship opportunities with current students. These opportunities are automatically shared from Handshake via the CALES Virtual Career Center (the site you are on now).

CALES Career Talks – CALES Career Talks are informal one-hour events that are designed to facilitate conservation between students and industry professionals. During the one-hour presentation employers discuss their career journeys, background about their company/ organization, what they do in their current role, industry trends, and current opportunities (Jobs, Internships & Volunteer). If you are interested in participating, please contact Our Team.

Employer Hiring Events – The CALES Career Center is available to help support employer-specific hiring events. If you are recruiting a large number of students and don’t have the expertise or resources to host your own event, the CALES Career Center may be able to help support you.

Small Employer Support – The CALES Career Center and units across CALES receive inquiries from small employers in the region and across the State of Arizona for support in finding candidates for their organization. They are often looking for just one employee or intern and they do not recruit every year. The CALES Career Center can work with the organization to create a posting that can be shared internally with CALES students. To begin this process please reach out to Our Team.
