The CALES Career Center offers several opportunities for an organization to connect and develop relationships with CALES students. We work directly with your organization to determine your goals and create an engagement strategy that supports your vision and the career development of CALES students.

Student Organizations – CALES is home to over 40 student organizations. The CALES Career Center can help connect you to these interest-specific groups and help support your engagement with them.

CALES Career Talks – CALES Career Talks are informal one-hour events that are designed to facilitate conversation between students and industry professionals. During the one-hour presentation employers discuss their career journeys, background about their company/ organization, what they do in their current role, industry trends, and current opportunities (Jobs, Internships & Volunteer). Faculty Career Champions – New program to launch in January 2022. We hope to connect faculty from across the College with industry to share insights, strategize, and collaborate to best prepare CALES students for their careers.

Unique Engagement Opportunities – Does your organization offer something that works well on another campus? We are open to any and all opportunities that will be bring value to CALES students and offer them unique opportunities for skill and career development.
