CALES Competencies Plan

This document, under the umbrella of the entrepreneurial mindset, defines the CALES Competencies and current list of top employer skills. It then offers suggested activities students can complete in the beginning, middle, and end of the academic career to build these skills and competencies. The PDF also includes a blank version that students can utilize to help them plan for career development or create the narrative around the skills they are developing.
